Yeddyurappa --- Karnataka’s Chief Minister involved in multi –crore land scam of Rs. 500 Crores—an astro – legal analysis

Mr. B.S. Yeddyurappa, (born February 27, 1943, 3:01 hours, Mandya Karnataka),  is an Indian politician and the present and 25th Chief Minister of Karnataka, since 30^th May 2008. He belongs to the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and represents Shikaripura constituency in the Karnataka legislative assembly.

Horoscope of Mr. B.S.Yeddyurappa

In November 2010, Yeddyurappa was alleged to have used his position as Chief Minister to unfairly favour his sons in the allotment of prime land in Bangalore worth Rs. five hundred crores. He not only faced problems from within the party over the alleged land scam but flak from an aggressive Opposition.  Since Nov’2010 till date, he as BJP party’s first CM in south Indian State, is bringing lot of defame for BJP, the second biggest political party of India, as involved in multi – crore land scam. As a measure to save his Govt., Native dismissd 16 MLAs for their revolt against him. On February 5, 2011, Yeddyurappa publicly declared his assets, and then challenged the opposition and the Indian National Congress to find any "black money".On16.2.2011, Karnataka High Court upholded suspension of five independent MLAs and gave a relief to Native. But in mid of May’ 2011, in the midst of political turbulence owing to his conflict with Governor Shri H R Bhardwaj, Yeddyurappa, criticised the Governor for his recent decisions, especially for granting permission to prosecute him in the land scam & president’s rule in Karnataka. Yeddyurappa says that land scam is already under judicial inquiry & as I have not done anything wrong,  I would not step down?”

We all know, that native has been in jail during emergency period in India and at present also facing land-scam allegations. So lets do the astro-legal analysis of his horoscope and know which Yogas, Dasha and transit resulted in giving him such legal troubles.

PROMISE of Legal trouble, imprisonment and scandals in D1:

1. Equal no. of planets from lagna. Tenth Lord Mercury is making Bandhan Yoga with 8^th lord Moon as both are placed in 2^nd and 12^th house from Lagna, indicating sudden Jail yog due to career.
2. From Sun and mercury also, equal no. of planets.
3. Mars in Lagna not only afflicting Lagna, but also the Lagna Lord and 4^th lord Jupiter which is retrograde in seventh house & is aspected by Mars from Lagna.
4. Mars is in subh - kartari but bandhan yoga as placed between Moon and Mercury
5. Jupiter having aspect of Mars is also getting Bandhan yoga link /affliction.
6. AK Mars, AMK Jupiter and GK Venus having mutual aspect- indicating lot of turbulence in his career.
7. MK Sun at Rahu / Ketu axis, aspected by Saturn PK from 6^th house of litigation.
8. Lagna, Moon, Saturn and  and Rahu /ketu having close degrees
9. Mars and Jupiter in Aayudh Dreshkone
10. Moon and Venus in Sarp Dreshkone.
11. Saturn and Rahu in Chatushpad Dreshkone.
12. Sarp and aayudh dreshkone planets (Moon, Venus and Jupiter) aspected by malefics- confirming physical imprisonment.
13. Mars and 8^th lord Moon PAC with 6^th house / 6^th Lord.
14. For Land Scam – connection of lords of 4 + 5 + 6 + 10 houses is available.
15. As moon is in 12^th house of imprisonment, and is aspected by Saturn the planet of Masses, it indicates the reason of going to jail for masses and for a public issue and not for some other crime.

PROMISE confirmation in D9:

1. Bandhan Yog made by 6^th lord Mercury and 5^th lord Sun, as placed in 3^rd and 11^th house from Lagna.
2. Lagna Lord Mars having mutual aspect from 6^th lord Mercury of Bandhan Yoga,  again showing confirmation of promise of Bandhan Yoga.
3. Mercury having aspect of 10^th lord Saturn which is debilitated and at Rahu / Ketu axis is showing the reason of getting Bandhan due to career.

PROMISE confirmation in D10:

1. Bandhan Yog again made by equal no. of planets in 4^th and 10^th house from Lagna being 10^th lord Mercury in 4^th and 12^th lord Mars in 10^th house having mutual aspect.
2. Another Bandhan Yog made in 6^th and 8^th house by 2^nd / 3^rd lord Saturn and 8^th lord moon .
3. Saturn is also having aspect of 4^th lord Jupiter from 2^nd house, indicating some trouble related to Property (4^th house signification)

First lets see the past event of his being in jail from June’1975 to Jan’1977during emergency time also

VIMSHOTTARI DASHA at the time of imprisonment in Emergency period in India:

His Mer / Jup dasha started on 15.4.1975 and completed on 2.4.1977

So he got jailed in June’1975 in MER–JUP–SAT

(VEN Sukshma dasha from 1.6.77 and Sun FROM 23.6.1975, Moon from 29.6.75)

Mercury MD lord’s despositor Saturn is in 6^th house of court cases and Jupiter is also in 6^th from it. Hence, Mer – Jup. Entire dasha made him live in jail during emergency

& released from Jail at the end of emergency period in Jan’1977 in MER–JUP–RAHU, the last Pratyanter Dasha of Jupiter AD. As change of residence from Jail TO HOME as 2^nd Lord SAT dasha commencing and Saturn AD Lord is placed in 5^th from Mercury, the MD lord.

Char Dasha at the time of imprisonment

Cancer- Saggitarius – from 26.2.1975 to 28.10.75, Cancer – Scorpio –from 28.10.1975 to 2.6.1976, Cancer – Libra from 2.6.1976 till 26.2.1977

Under the MD / AD of Cancer/ Sagittarius, the PD of Gemini from 8.6.1975 to 28.6.75 and then Taurus PD followed from 28.6.75 to 18.7.75

Cancer is the sign falling in 8^th house from Lagna and AK Mars is falling in 6^th house from it and AMK Jupiter is falling in 12^th from it. Sun, Moon, Ketu and Saturn, all natural Malefics are aspecting it. Cancer sign lord is also placed in 6^th from it and is debilitated.

Saggitarius rashi is the rashi of Ups and downs and having AK mars also with aspect from GK Venus and AMK Jupiter, indicating trouble in career. Scorpio Sign is falling in 8^th house from Lagna and is aspected by BK Mercury only. But AMK Jupiter is in 8^th house from it.

Libra AD which gave him release from Jail in its last PDs  in jan’77, is in 11^th house from lagna, but having aspect of all malefics Sat, rahu, Ketu and Sun. The saving grace came from placement of AMK Jupiter in 9^th from Libra and AK Mars in 3^rd from Libra.

TRANSIT at the time of GETTING imprisonment

So he got jailed in June’1975 in MER–JUP–SAT

1. Transiting Saturn was in Gemini Sign and was afflicting Lagna, natal Marsthe 12^th lord and over natal Lagna Lord Jupiter, the AD lord at the time of going to Jail.
2. Transiting Ketu was on natal Saturn and PD Lord in 6^th house in Taurus sign.
3.  Double transit of Jup and Ssat was on 4^th house, indicating change of residence from home to Jail.
4. Transiting Mars was in 4^th house afflicting home happiness

Next Dasha Mer – Sat promising release from home as of 2^nd lord dasha & so released from Jail in Jan’1977 in MER–JUP–RAHU. Jupiter IS ASPECTED BY Mars of “Pushkar Navansha” indicating auspicious result only in pratyantar of 9^th house placed Rahu, which in turn is aspected by 9^th lord Sun.

1. Transiting Saturn has come to Cancer Sign and relieved Lagna and Lagna Lord.
2. Transiting Ketu also left natal Saturn and came to Aries sign in 5^th house
3.  Double transit of Jup and Sat was on 9^th house, indicating some auspicious vent, which was his marriage, the same year IN 1977.
4. Transiting Mars was on natal Mars again aspecting 4^th house and natal Venus.

 

Now lets come to present and analyze the Land scam Controversy astrologically:

Promise of getting into Land Scam is already there as Venus, the 6^th / 11^th lord is exalted and digbali in 4^th house of property. Also, property karaka Mars as 5^th and 12^th lord is in Kendra having benefic aspect of Jupiter Lagna Lord and 4^th lord, making a big Rajyoga and Dhan Yoga, indicating big money from land and then getting into some legal enquiry and bad name too due to sons, land and huge money involvement.

Native’s eldest son and a BJP MP Raghavendra is the biggest beneficiary in the land for family scheme of Karnataka. Over 2000 Pages documents now in public domain show that Raghavendra & his younger brother got huge favours from their father when he was Deputy Chief Minister of Karnataka in 2006. hence, the foundation of Land scam was from 2006. Two years back in 2009, Raghavendra was allotted a BDA Plot in the Posh RMV Extension in Bangalore under MP Quota. He paid Rs.10.00 Lacs but whose market value today is Rs.2.00 Crores. The negative point is that he lied in an affidavit that he doesn’t owe any property in Bangalore, when he already owned a mansion in Bangalore. Another allegation is that native’s daughter also got huge favours in getting a two acres of land on the outskirts of Bangalore for setting up a BPO. There are also allegations, of family members getting over 5 acres of land for hospital in their home town Shimoga and 2 acres for a factory in Bangalore. Most of these revelations are coming from Janta Dal (S)  leader Mr. Kumaraswamy, who was CM when native was Deputy CM.The role of 6^th house clearly coming up in relevant dasha at present

 

DASHA ANALYSIS FOR LAND SCAM CONTROVERSY : Sun’s Maha Dasha started from Dec’2006 for native. The land controversy started in mid of Nov’2010, in Sun / Mercury/ Ketu from 11.11.2010.Sun afflicted in D1 and D30 by Saturn from 6^th and 12^th house respectively. Mercury is in Bandhan Yoga in D1 and is afflicted in D9 by Sat and by Mars in D10, by Sat in D30. Ketu also afflicted by Sat in D1,D9,D10 AND D30 charts.

TRANSIT HOROSCOPE OF 17.11.2010 WHEN LAND- SCAM CAME OUT:

1. All malefics were transiting in kendras on the Lagna, natal Lagna Lord Jupiter and 7^th house of public image is also very much afflicted by transiting Rahu/ ketu and transiting Saturn.
2. Natal Sun MD lord and natal Ketu PD lord are afflicted by transiting Mars from 12^th house
3. Saturn’s transit  on his 10^th house  and its aspect on natal Moon is confirming the mental distress due to professional turbulence.
4. From 8^th Jan to 14^th Feb’11, transiting Mars was on natal mercury, the AD Lord, confirming legal trouble from due to bad documentations. Combination of Mer the paper and Mars the ink again proved correct.

-SUN/MER/MOON FROM 4.2.2011—HC  upholded disqualification of five independent MLA by Karnataka speaker and so gave some relief to native. But in the existing dasha of SUN/MER/JUP FROM 6.5.2011 to 16.6.2011 for the native, now Supreme Court's order dt 13.5.2011, restored the membership of 16 lawmakers -- 11 of the BJP and five independents. They had withdrawn support to Yeddyurappa reducing his ministry to minority and were disqualified. Bhardwaj had on 15^th May’2011, sought the state government's dismissal, saying that the chief minister and Speaker K.G. Bopaiah had "colluded" to "destroy the character and composition of the assembly". He recommended President rule in state but the central government .rejected his recommendation report to dismiss the B.S. Yeddyurappa ministry on 23.5.11. In turn native also asked Governor to resign and asked central govt. to recall him as his report was rejected and as CM he himself is enjoying majority in karnataka. The transit Chart of 23.5.2011 is given below:

PREDICTIONS for Native:

1. SUN/MER/SAT FROM 16.6.2011—Some legal enquiry / CBI proceedings may start. Sat in 6^th house having aspect of 8^th lord Moon indicating secrets getting opened and scandals giving legal trouble to native
2. In Sun / Ketu dasha from 6.8.2011 to 10.12.2011--- This is going to be a very hard period for native. As both planets are afflicted in all the divisional charts. He may either face impeachment by legal functionaries for the said land scam or may loose his vote of confidence to retain his party’s govt. He may resign followed by legal trouble by legal functionaries for the multi- crore and scam. His health will also be down and some serious health problem may happen to him.
3. Sun / Venus from 10.12.2011 to 10.12.2012, last AD, the “Chiddra dasha” will be there to be followed by Moon MD which is very much afflicted in 12^th house from Lagna in D1.This is the time of getting punished for the land related issues as well as some sex scandal / women related issues giving him lot of unhappiness and defame.
4. Transiting Jupiter in Aries sign from 8.5.2011 to 17.5.2012 and Transiting Saturn in Libra from 15.11.2011 to 16.5.2012 so Dec’11 to May’2012 will be a difficult time for native as 4/10 axis will be activated with dasha of 6^th lord indicating legal cases related to his property and loss of seat and professional crisis period.
5. Moon MD from 10.12.2012 for next 10 years will be bad in the sense of no powerful seat or respectable position in society and may have to live a life of isolation and mental distress as Moon is afflicted in D1, D9, D10 and D30 too.
